ideal family getaway
comfortable mattresses room fridge delicious breakfast
i found a family room. decor and layout look pretty. the mattress are amazingly comfortable. there is a fridge in the room and also a bladeless fan, it was great. breakfast tasted delicious and i could taste the quality.
i noticed a slight odour in the toilet, i think it needs attention.

the guesthouse situates only yards from the seafront and beach. it's a really relaxing spot. i found the place to be great value. preston sands situates nearby, it's a really lovely place.

fantastic stay!!!
dog friendly room modern feel
the dog friendly room was spacious and really comfortable. the whole place has a bright modern feel to it. the host james and family have thought of lots of little things to. they even have a well stocked honesty bar.
the refrigerator made a loud noise throughout the night. the toilet tank also made noise.

parking is on site and the beach is a short walk away. the hotel is close to the seafront. two pubs are within walking distance, embassy serves food and boathouse overlooks the sea.

the rooms were super clean and cozy. the bedding was new. the showers have been uprated and were excellent. a refrigerator in the room was a great help.

I found the location AMAZING!!! It was just a short walk to the beach. The owners were very warm and cute. The rooms were beautiful.
The toilet had an odour. The bed was a little uncomfortable. I also noticed a loud refrigerator noise throughout the night. The toilet tank made some sounds too.

the hosts. the location was close to the beach and local pubs. our room had a refrigerator, i found it very helpful. breakfast was filling and set us up for the day.
i noticed a slight odor in the toilet, it was a little bothersome. i hope they will address this soon.
